Return & Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us.

1. Return Eligibility

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your parcel if:

You received a wrong item / wrong size / wrong color
The product is damaged or has a manufacturing defect

For return, please make a video while opening the parcel — this video is mandatory for any claim.

2. What is NOT Eligible for Return?

If you don't like the cap after opening or your mind has changed
If you provide wrong address/phone number and parcel returns

4. Refund

Since we work on Cash On Delivery, there is no advance payment refund. In case of return of a defective product, we will exchange the product or provide a full refund via Easypaisa / JazzCash after receiving the returned item.

5. Delivery Charges

Return courier charges will be borne by the customer unless the mistake is ours.
